What does 257 do?

257 is a residential energy data platform. We build digital energy twins for every home in the US, and then enable use of these twins through analytics tools, APIs and marketing tools. Data will have a transformative impact on the electrification and operation of our ever-smarter homes. We equip partners in the solar, HVAC, retail electric, and utility sectors with the data they need to engage homeowners and accelerate electrification. 257 was founded by Scott Rosenberg and Tal Chalozin, successful entrepreneurs with decades of experience in platform businesses, consumer marketing, and large-scale data sets. We are backed by awesome advisors, angels and VCs, and powered by a growing team of data and energy nerds. We’re also hiring. Hit us up!
