With this philosophy, ADLER has become the competence leader in paints, lacquers and wood protection. Because those who put their hearts into their work do not do things by halves. Innovative spirit, quality awareness, service and sustainability are the building blocks of our success. We offer our customers perfect advice, premium service and reliable product quality. With branches in 7 countries and trading partners throughout Europe as well as the specialist paint dealers ADLER Farbenmeister, ADLER is firmly established on the European market. Research, development and production have been carried out at our company headquarters in Schwaz in Tyrol since 1934. Here, in the heart of Europe, we are close to our customers and can guarantee the highest possible quality standards, innovative strength and sustainable production. In the spirit of the company founder Johann Berghofer, ADLER is still a family business today. Since 1999, the company has been in the third generation of Andrea Berghofer. As the leading Austrian paint and varnish manufacturer, ADLER supplies customers worldwide with high-tech products at the highest level. We produce paints, varnishes and wood protection products for carpenters, woodworkers as well as for the furniture, parquet and window industry. In addition, we support painters and DIY enthusiasts with a complete range of paints, varnishes, wood protection and much more. Innovation and research play a central role for us: 10% of our annual sales are invested in the development of new and improved products and innovative technologies. More than two thirds of the approximately 10,000 articles are water-based. In this way, we avoid the use of solvents and make an important contribution to environmental and climate protection. Every day, around 620 employees throughout Europe create the colourful world of ADLER: employees, thinking along, sharing knowledge and responsibility are their guiding principles and lived practice.
