What does Aerska do?

Aerska develops RNA-based medicines designed to treat, delay, and prevent diseases of the brain by targeting harmful genes through RNA interference and delivering these therapies into the central nervous system using specialised delivery methods. The company focuses on overcoming biological barriers that typically block genetic medicines from reaching the brain, supporting systemic administration and neuronal uptake to modulate disease drivers. It integrates data-driven approaches to align therapeutic development with patient biology across neurological conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Aerska combines expertise in RNA chemistry, precision delivery technologies, and translational strategies to advance its therapeutic programmes toward clinical evaluation.
