What does Assessio Nederland do?

Assessio exists because we humans cannot make completely objective decisions - in recruitment processes we can therefore be our own worst enemy. These days, if you're European, tall, look healthy and you don't have children, your job prospects increase. We want to change that. Assessio is a consultancy specializing in strategic HR that develops tests and tools in work psychology. Our tools can help organizations, among other things, predict who has the best potential to succeed in a position, who the future leaders in the organisation are, and match candidates with the organisational culture through values. We provide our clients with data-driven insights about both current and potential employees. By making decisions based on reliable data rather than our gut feeling, we can discover the potential that exists and ensure that no talent is wasted. To teach organizations how to make better decisions based on data, our consultants provide both customer-specific and open training about our tools. Here the focus is on our digital platform where we have gathered all our tools for matching, selection, development and business-driven HR.
