نعمل في مصنع بن دعجم للحديد والصلب على أن نكون أحد المنافسين الرئيسيين في انتاج الحديد على مستوى المملكة ومنطقة الخليج العربي ، حيث سيصل الإنتاج في جميع مراحل المصنع المقترحة خلال 3 أعوام بإذن الله تعالى إلى (1.000.000) طن من حديد التسليح وذلك في عام 2019 م . إننا في حديد بن دعجم نعمل على ثلاثة محاور أساسية في صناعة الحديد والصلب وهي : صناعة قص وتجميع الخردة ( السكراب ). صناعة الكتل الحديدية. صناعة حديد التسليح . حيث نقوم بإنتاج مقاسات مختلفة من حديد التسليح ١٠، ١٢، ١٤، ١٦، ١٨، ٢٠، ٢٢، ٢٥، ٢٨، ٣٢ ملم ، حيث يقوم على دفّة الإنتاج نخبة من الفنيين المهرة والذين تم استقطابهم من أفضل المصانع العالمية والمحلية لضمان المحافظة على جودة الإنتاج العالمية وتحقيق أعلى المعايير في هذه الصناعة مثل شهادة ISO 9001:2008 وكذلك علامة الجودة من الهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة (SASO). ونسعى في حديد بن دعجم إلى تطوير بيئة العمل بشكل احترافي عن طريق شراكات استراتيجية مع عدد من المنظمات والمعاهد الفنية العالمية للمحافظة على استمرار التدريب والتطوير بشكل متسارع مع تشديدنا على ضرورة المحافظة على بيئة صحية وآمنة لجميع الموظفين عن طريق تطبيق معايير السلامة والجودة في بيئة عمل خلاّقة جاذبة.
