What does Candid Hospitality do?

Welcome to Candid, the confidential marketplace that allows top talent to shine. We’re here to shake up hospitality hiring, matching candidates to companies based on what matters; culture, competencies and compensation. Build an anonymous profile, safe in the knowledge your identity is protected by ‘The Candid Oath’. Presented only with the opportunities that match you best in a dating app style. Swipe through roles and apply with the click of a button. No CV’s, forms, cover letters or lost evenings. We’re putting unconscious bias in the bin and creating a new risk-free way to discover your dream role. For companies, Candid is your magnet when looking for a needle in the haystack. Enabling bias-free matchmaking, based on individuals’ skills and values, all whilst uncovering hidden talent pools and passive candidates. Quality over quantity means lower time to hire, and higher employee retention. Registration is now open for our early access Pilot scheme, with limited spaces available for hospitality operators, suppliers and candidates. Visit our website to learn all about the platform, including our approach to Passive Candidates, what happens in 'The Room' and why we’re all in, on Blind Hiring 🔍
