What does Career do?

CareerCo is a membership-based Internet company that connects people with opportunities in jobs, training, and education, empowering them to achieve their life goals. The CareerCo platform includes a proprietary job matching and mapping algorithm called CareerMap, and a WOOF Job Alerts system that distributes jobs to matched members and then utilizing a call from a career advisor, SMS text, email, and/or push notifications for convenience, speed and relevance. Candidates are then able to seamlessly apply to job openings with the simple push of a button. CareerCo's job sourcing platform, described as "High Tech Meets High Touch," is a marketplace consolidator, bringing job candidates and job openings together anytime, anywhere and on-demand. Today, CareerCo has 47 million members and is growing at a rate of 750,000 new members each month. Approximately 1,000+ employers post jobs for free and pay on a pay-per-applicant basis. Our 700+ Career Advisors help contact members as new job openings occur – in real-time.
