What does HatchFutures do?
HatchFutures is a non-profit program that gives back to our communities that we live and work in to create a better tomorrow for today’s youth by closing the technology skills gap to enable high paying jobs that end poverty cycles. We accomplish this through three key channels: * Driving awareness- We create interest with technology through workshops in primary schools in both the US and LATAM * Hire emerging talent- We hire recent college graduates and interns into Hatchworks and put them through an internal program to set their career journey on the right path. *Volunteering time and giving resources- We strive to meet the needs of our communities through various forms of giving by our employees.
