What does Luminex do?

Based in New York City, Luminex transforms brands from passive observers into active participants in their customers’ lives. We don’t just run campaigns-we create immersive experiences that spark emotion, inspire loyalty, and deliver measurable impact. Founded in the heart of New York, Luminex was built on the belief that authentic, in-person engagement is the most powerful form of marketing. We launched with a small, agile team and a bold vision: to reinvent how brands connect with people. Through deep market insight, strategic execution, and creative innovation, we’ve grown rapidly-expanding from our NYC roots to over 100 team members nationwide in just four years. Today, our experiential campaigns are making waves across major markets, with a strong presence in cities like Miami, Washington D.C., and Columbus, Ohio. As we continue to scale, our mission remains clear: to help brands stop marketing and start making meaningful moments that resonate, connect, and deliver results.
