Maa Mahamaya Industries Limited (MMIL) is Andhra Pradesh’s first Mini Integrated Steel Plant. Established in 2004 in Vizianagaram District under the visionary leadership of Ashok Kumar Agrawal and his dedicated team, MMIL has built a fully integrated facility. The plant encompasses an Iron Ore and CoalCrushing Plant, a 350 TPD Sponge Iron Plant, WHR & FBC Boilers (20MW), Turbo Generators, a Steel Melting Shop, a Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF), a Continuous Casting Plant (CCM), and an advanced TMT Bar Mill. To ensure environmental sustainability, the facility is equipped with pollution control systems such as Bag Filters, an Effluent Treatment Plant, Electrostatic Precipitators, 67-meter-high stacks, and a substantial green belt. Our flagship product, Mangal TMT, is manufactured through the primary steel melting route using premium-quality Iron Ore and imported coal. The process involves the DRI Plant, Induction Furnace (IF), Ladle Refining Furnace, and Continuous Casting into Billets. This method produces superior-quality steel, free from harmful impurities, ensuring TMT bars with consistent and desirable properties. The cast billets are processed in a state-of-the-art rolling mill equipped with computer-controlled monitoring systems, guaranteeing uniform quality in every TMT bar. With a production milestone of over 1 million MT of steel, MMIL continues to connect the world with excellence in steel manufacturing.
